My next album is all about accepting all the parts of ourselves. Healing is never linear. Navigating these ups and downs and sideways turns takes daily commitment to yourself. If you're anything like me, you want to be surrounded by a community of people who understand this and is also working toward their goals to become the best version of themselves. 

I'm thrilled to share my newest song, Save My Soul, with you. If you've ever made a big shift in your life, I think you'll be able to fully relate to it. This upbeat, funky song reminds that when things are feeling strange as you enter a new chapter, you've gotta 'Let the music roll'. Music came into my life and completely turned my world upside down... in a really good way. In this video I'm looping my guitar with an RC-30 Boss pedal and using a Hohner Blues Harp and a Shure Bullet microphone. I love looping and adding in some harp!
